Submission Method: Submit the application form in person/ by mail (We are not responsible

(3) Age for applying K1:
K1: Birth on 2021.
(4) Application Fee:
$40 (These fees are non-refundable.)
Remarks: Cheque with your child’s name on the back should be addressed to our school
“Epoch Anglo-Chinese Kindergarten”, please write down the student’s name and the date of birth on the back of the cheque. (We are not responsible for any mail items bearing insufficient postage that may be delayed or undelivered)
(5) Complete the Application Form and submit together with the following documents
Original and copy of your child’s Birth Certificate
Original and copy of your child’s Immunisation Record
2 passport size photos on the application form
4 stamped and self-addressed 4”x 9”envelopes
* Incomplete documents will not be processed
(6) Interview date:
Date: 4
th November 2023 (SAT). Parents will be notified via email 2 weeks before the interview. If you don’t receive our notice, please enquire the kindergarten by 2811 1686.
(7) Interview:
parents please come to the school on time with the applicants according to the scheduled interview time which is shown on the“Interview Card”, and please bring along the school stamped “Interview Card” with you.
Parents will accompany children in a relaxed and happy atmosphere to meet the teachers.
Absence will not be entertained with second time. According to the EDB guidelines, application fee will not be refunded.
Allocated interview time will not be changed because of large number of applicants.
Arrangement for admission application of non-Chinese Speaking(NCS) Children:
– Parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.

All the personal information will be used for application only.
(8) Admission criteria:
Children’s performance in the interview, e.g. politeness, sociability, friendly regard,
participation in activities, etc. will be assessed.
Priority will be given to the following applicants:
*Brother or sister of current students
*Brother or sister of graduates
*Children of kindergarten staff
*Others: The family lives in vicinity to facilitate the care of the child.
*Priority for Whole Day Classes from families in need
(9) Result:
Admission results will be notified of the by mail before 15th December 2023. Please note that the kindergarten will not notify parents by other methods.
The reserved applicants will be given due priority consideration if there are places vacancies
(10) Registration Procedure:
Date: 4th January 2024. (THU) – 5th January 2024. (FRI) —9:00a.m. -4:30p.m.
6th January 2024. (SAT) —9:00a.m. -12:30p.m.
*Parents should complete the registration procedure for their child from 4 th to 6 th January, 2024 by submitting the original of the “2024/25 RC” to the kindergarten and pay the registration fee (Half Day Session : $970 ; Whole Day Session : $1570). Fail to register during the above dates shall be considered as forfeiting the placement offered to them
